Where it all began:
Over the past 10 years Kelly has achieved her doctorate in physical therapy followed by continued education in postural restoration, pelvic floor, functional movement, and orthopedics.
But even after earning her doctorate she still had a lot to learn. In fact, a few short years ago she was just like you...

One fall night in September of 2017 she was woken up at 2am due to an intense pain in her back and lower abdomen. She was terrified, so she did the "responsible thing" and went to her doctor.
After explaining her symptoms, her doctor had no idea what was causing her pain so he ordered some tests. One "normal" test lead to another test and then multiple specialists all who told her,
"I don't know what's causing your pain."

It's weird when you want something to come back wrong, just to get an answer!
After months of no answers and spending thousands on tests, she decided to take things into her own hands and started to research...hours lead to days which lead to weeks, and ultimately months but she finally had an answer!
This journey is what lead her to flip everything she'd ever learned about physical therapy over and develop a new form of treatment.One that produced faster results, with fewer exercises, and actually got lasting results!
After helping hundreds of patients in-person, she decided she wanted to help people at a larger scale, so she brought her knowledge online.
