Module One - Pelvic Position

In week one you will dive into understanding how your pelvic position can affect your body as a whole. You'll learn how to test each side of your pelvis to determine what position your body is currently in. According to your body's specific testing, you will be given 3 exercises to perform for the first week, dedicating just 10-15 minutes per day to see lasting and efficient results! 

Module Two - Unlock Your Back

Week two will dive into unlocking not only your back but also how to optimize your hamstrings! Your hamstrings are a key muscle group that assist in maintaining proper pelvic alignment. Oftentimes, when your pelvis is in an impaired position, your hamstrings and back will take on too much of the work causing them to feel tight and restricted. This week you'll learn how to test your hamstrings and, according to your results, you will be given 3 exercises to optimize your body's muscular efficiency.

Module Three - Rib Cage Position

Your rib cage is the second most important structure when it comes to optimal, full body alignment. Not only can it contribute to neck pain, headaches, jaw pain, shoulder pain,  upper body pain, and back pain, but it can also prevent your pelvis from maintaining optimal alignment ultimately contributing to lower body issues as well! So getting proper positioning is not only important but necessary for lasting results! This week you will learn how to test your rib positioning on both sides and will be given 3 exercises to perform according to your testing.

Module Four - Rib Mobility

Once your rib positioning has improved, we need to optimize the mobility in your ribs, upper back, and mid back! Week four dives into this in depth. This is not only important to maintain optimal positioning of your ribs but this module is also very important for pressure regulation within your body. This will help with pelvic floor dysfunction, neck tension, jaw clenching, and even foot pain!

Module Five - Pelvic Stability

Now that we have tackled your pelvic positioning, rib positioning, hamstring efficiency, and rib mobility, it's time to stabilize...starting with your pelvis! This week you will learn all about muscular control of your core and pelvic stability. You will learn how to test your own stability and will be given 2-3 exercises for the week to optimize your strength. 

Module Six - Full Body Stability

Week six is when it all starts coming together. We now enter into full body functional stability. This week, you will be given a test to determine how well your muscles are working together from your feet all the way up to your neck! The important specification in this lesson is the "functional" part. We are already beginning to work on retraining your brain to give you lasting results by having the exercises mimic phases of walking, ultimately improving your long term success.

Module Seven - Advanced Stability

Now that we have the ground-work done for full body functional stability, we step things up a notch! But don't worry, you won't be jumping up on boxes or having to run around the block. Even though this week is labeled "advanced" the exercises are still very doable for any age group and you are given multiple difficulty levels to perform according to what your body needs at that moment. This week, we will learn a new test to determine how well your body is working as an entire unit!

Module Eight - Neuroplasticity

Neuroplastcitity is how our brain can physically create a new normal! This means, if we are able to retrain our brain, our body's tendency will be to choose correct alignment and use the "right" muscles to do the work instead of those muscles that like to act up (like your back, hamstrings, or hips). THIS is where the magic happens, you cannot skip this week as my goal for you is to not have to worry about your pain ever again!

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I've dedicated my career to understanding and treating complex pain conditions. My journey began with a doctorate in physical therapy, followed by advanced studies in postural restoration, pelvic floor health, functional movement, and orthopedics.

However, my most valuable insights came from an unexpected source—my own battle with chronic pain. This personal experience drove me to develop an innovative 3-step treatment framework, designed to provide faster, more effective relief with simplified exercise routines.

After successfully helping thousands of patients in-person, I've expanded my practice online to reach and support more individuals.
